Mel Kiper's mock as of Today has Troy Williamson going to the Vikings along with Marcus Spears of LSU. I wouldn't be in love with this combo of picks. A note about Troy Williamson of note. If I thought Williamson would be the impact player of Williams I would love the pick. Watching the ESPN draft special Merrill Hoge, and Mike Golic both really liked this pick, due to Williamson's ability to stretch the field. I see the Vikings board as of tonight going 1. Braylon Edwards 2. Cedric Benson 3. Troy Williamson 4. Ronnie Brown 5. Mike Williams. Alex Smith will be gone so if Cadillac Williams, Aaron Rodgers, or Antrelle Rolle is picked, the Vikings will get one of these players. With the second pick. It seems like David Pollack, Demarcus Ware, Thomas Davis, and Erasmus James will all be gone. I don't think Derrick Johnson will be the pick, but if this is the case they will take the best guy left.
